How the ordering process works, step by step.
* Fanciful Gardens orders can be placed at any time, without the need to wait for a truck shipment! A minimum of 25 plants must be ordered. These will be shipped via Fed Ex to our nursery and can be picked up as soon as we receive shipment. When we receive your wish- list please allow us 24-48 for us to send you pricing. Then we can send your order to Iseli. Once order has been confirmed, we will send you a invoice that will include shipping cost. Invoices must be paid in full before product is picked up. We will apply a 10% discount for orders paid within the first week of your invoice date. There are several different sizes within their Fanciful Gardens line, most of which being their 2inch and signature 4 inch pots. The plants listed as "RGP" are 6 inch pots similar to a traditional 1 gallon pot and are more expensive to ship. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have!
* Please note that we can take specimen orders throughout the year. That being said their inventory may decrease as spring approaches, and getting trucks to North Carolina becomes less frequent after February. This could cause some delays in receiving product. We recommend after February, getting a list to us by August 1st so we can place a Fall 2025 order.
*There is a minimum purchase amount of 1200 dollars (which is easy to meet when ordering specimens)
1. Once your wish list is complete, email us at info@carolinaconifers.com
2. We will get back to you within a few days on pricing and if adjustments need to be made either to meet the minimum or add or delete something this is when that happens.
3. Once you have finalized your selections, we will send the order to Iseli
4. When Iseli confirms the order we will email you an invoice (this process may take several weeks, our Iseli representative will most likely by very busy throughout the spring)
5. Invoices will need to be paid in full before we arrange for the order to fulfilled. We offer a 10% discount for orders paid in full within one week of invoice date
6. When your trees have shipped to us we will arrange a date for you to come pick up your trees. Please make all necessary arrangements prior to arrival
* We know you're excited about your awesome plants. This process can take a while. We are shipping coast to coast and shipping can take some time to arrange.
* Fall 2025 will be the best time to order!
