At Carolina Conifers Nursery & Landscape we are excited to bring the Charlotte/Lake Norman area and beyond the opportunity to shop some of the country's coolest landscape plants from specialty grower Iseli Nursery. If you love rare, hard to find conifers, maples, or have a wish list for a big specimen that you can't find at your local big box store. You will love this opportunity to pre order with us! How to order and the nitty gritty

How the ordering process works, step by step.

*Orders can be placed at any time, within the order window. Iseli will send us a list and we are given a certain amount of time to collect orders from clients. We will specify at what point an order needs to be in by in order for Iseli to have enough time to confirm orders and make appropriate allocations. For instance, for Spring orders, we really needed the order in by October, but we may keep the list open and take orders over the winter and have Iseli Confirm availability.

* You are pre-ordering product meaning we will collect payment for your order, and when we have enough orders for freight, or its time for our normal seasonal trucks, that is when your order will ship to us. We will communicate the approximate wait time with you.

*If you're needing shipping we can give you a shipping quote once we have entered you in as a customer. example: you see two 1 gallon hinokis on the order form that you really want. you don't see them on our site and are wondering how much it would be for the two plants and shipping to Ohio.

*When we receive your wish- list please allow us 24-48 for us to send you pricing. Then we can send your order to Iseli. Once order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice that will include shipping cost. Invoices must be paid in full before the Iseli truck ships to us. We will apply a 10% discount for orders paid within the first week of your invoice date. Please reach out to us with any questions you may have!

*There is no minimum purchase amount, that being said if we have 20 orders of 1 plant each, it may take some time for us to reach the footage needed on our truck to get shipment to NC, and you may have to wait for our big spring and fall trucks.

* If you're Local to us we do special Landscape Material Iseli orders throughout the year and we can put a project together for you pretty quickly. Or have a large order available for you to pick up local or us to deliver.

* Once your wish list is complete, email us at info@carolinaconifers.com

*We will get back to you within a couple days on pricing and if adjustments need to be made either to meet the minimum or add or delete something this is when that happens.

*Once you have finalized your selections, we will send the order to Iseli*

*When Iseli confirms the order we will email you an invoice (this process may take several weeks, our Iseli representative will most likely by very busy throughout the spring and fall)

* Invoices will need to be paid in full before we arrange for the order to fulfilled. We offer a 10% discount for orders paid in full within one week of invoice date.

* We know you're excited about your awesome plants. This process can take some time. We are shipping coast to coast and shipping can take some time to arrange.

* Fall and spring will be the best time to order!

* Please reach out to us with any questions, we will make sure to get back to you within 48 hours.

*Sometimes we order product and we get confirmation that is available to ship, and right before our shipment is loaded a certain cultivar may have been damaged, does not meet quality expectations, or is simply not available. In the event that you have paid for a specimen and it ends up not on our truck we may reach out to offer a suitable substitution or we can refund your order. Either way we will make it right.
