As a small specialty garden center, I still hand pack every order. We typically ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays (depending on order volume). Even though I may begin getting your order fulfilled, and purchase your shipping label, typically you will get a tracking update when UPS has your package. I have gotten so busy with online orders that the average turnaround time from order placed to creating shipping labels might be more than a week. Please be patient as I am still a 1-person team, sending a follow up email 3 days after placing an order is unnecessary, I have your order and it will get packed and shipped as soon as I possibly can. Again, I cannot stress this enough I am a small Shop that does not have the capacity to do rapid turnaround on orders, I pick, pack, and ship everything myself, along with running the local sales of our nursery.
It is an absolute mission of mine to make sure you receive your trees as if you picked them straight out of the field , so if there are any issues with orders received either damaged in transit or not what you ordered, please send us an email and we will work on sending you a replacement immediately. Keep in mind Most of our inventory is small quantity batches from Iseli and we may not be able to replace your exact selection, but can offer a partial refund, or try to source your tree on a future truck. Please include as many detailed pictures as possibly of your damaged order so we can properly submit a claim with UPS.
We use only UPS for Shipping, the options include Ground and Saver options.
We only buy in top grade , landscape ready material from iseli , or western evergreen. There will never be an instance where you receive a product that has not finished growing out in its pot , or is undersized for the pot . We typically post pictures of the exact trees we are sending out and that is what makes what makes what we are doing so special.
